Christmas Mickey and Friends Twirl Dress.

This gathered waist dress has a pointed half collar in contrast solid red. The full circle mini skirt has a ruffled edge, ruffle in contrast solid red. Skirt sits approximately at knee level. Sleeves are vintage puff sleeve with elastic cuff. Back has snaps. Waist has elastic. Please take care when washing to avoid shrinkage and bleeding of colors. Can be hand washed in cold water and hang to dry or no heat in dryer. Can be dry cleaned as well. Don't forget to iron it.
